ECS offers a wide range of mechanical and structural finite element analysis (FEA) services to tackle complex challenges. Capabilities including linear and non-linear static, transient, dynamic, random response, impact, steady state and transient heat transfer, thermal stress, fatigue, optimization, buckling analysis.

ECS offers computational fluid dynamics (CFD) consulting services using ANSYS Software. Our work has been benchmarked by experiments and testing. Capabilities including steady and transient, compressible and Incompressible, material corrosion and cavitation, fluid structure interaction, heat transfer in fluid and solid.

With a multidisciplinary team of product designers, engineers, and manufacturing partners, we help to develop new products from concept to certified products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Prototypes are an integral part of engineering product design in new product development. With in-house design-engineering-manufacturing-testing capability, we are capable of rapid prototyping.

We offer CNC machining services for manufacturing parts with a range of materials, from plastic and metal to wood, fiberglass, and more. Capable of manufacturing large parts with CNC lathe, 3-axis milling, and 5-axis indexed milling processes. 

Together with welding manufacturing partners and in-house welding capability, we offer a range of welding services including offshore capability.

ECS offers pressure piping and riser equipment assembly testing service up to 30,000 psi and 5 MM-lbs tension load test.

ECS offers reconditioning and recertifying drilling riser equipment and Green Tag equipment ready for field deployment with DNV/ABS certification as required.
